13. Account closure and data retention
When you delete your DGEX Hub account, we remove your login and hide your posts and profile from the community immediately. We retain participation records (applications, squads, projects, sessions, gigs, payments, and related operational data) in archive for six (6) months so we can meet legal, billing, and program obligations. After that period, the account is marked for deletion and data is purged according to our internal retention schedule.
