Terms of Use

Rules for using DGEX Hub, our website, and membership services — including subscriptions billed through the App Store.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DGEX marketing website at dgexc.com, the DGEX Hub mobile application, and related services operated by DGEX ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To use DGEX Hub you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country).
  • Provide accurate registration and application information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Use the app only for lawful professional and community purposes.

Membership and squad access may require application review and approval at DGEX's discretion. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.

3. Community conduct and content

You are responsible for content you post, messages you send, and interactions within squads, projects, and learning experiences. You agree not to harass others, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, misrepresent your identity, or use DGEX for spam or unlawful activity.

We may remove content, limit features, or take other action to protect the community. Some historical content may remain in archived records after account closure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Account closure (deletion)

You may close your DGEX Hub account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. Account closure:

  • Ends your login immediately — you are signed out and cannot access the app with that account again.
  • Hides your public content — posts and comments are removed from feeds and your profile is anonymized in the app right away.
  • Retains participation history for 6 months — DGEX keeps internal records needed for projects, sessions, gigs, payments, applications, and compliance. After six months from closure, the account is marked for deletion and purged per our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy).
  • Allows a fresh start — you may register again with the same email to create a new profile; prior archived data is not merged automatically.

App Store subscriptions: Closing your DGEX account does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Cancel auto-renewing memberships in your device subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

To request additional data rights (access, correction, or jurisdiction-specific deletion), contact us via our contact page.

Membership subscriptions

Required disclosures for auto-renewable subscriptions in DGEX Hub (Apple App Store and Google Play).

5. Auto-renewable subscriptions

DGEX Hub offers optional paid membership tiers (for example Advance and Vanguard) with auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple or Google. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Subscription titles and lengths

  • DGEX Hub Advance — Quarterly: auto-renewing every 3 months until cancelled.
  • DGEX Hub Advance — Yearly: auto-renewing every 12 months until cancelled.
  • DGEX Hub Vanguard — Quarterly: auto-renewing every 3 months until cancelled.
  • DGEX Hub Vanguard — Yearly: auto-renewing every 12 months until cancelled.

Price: The price charged for each plan is displayed in the app at the time of purchase (localized by Apple or Google). Free trials, if offered, are described on the purchase screen before you subscribe.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).

Restore purchases: Use "Restore purchases" in DGEX Hub if you reinstall the app or change devices with the same store account.

Required links

Where applicable, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads. Community (free) membership does not require a paid subscription.

6. Refunds and billing disputes

Subscription billing and refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. DGEX cannot issue refunds for store-billed transactions directly; use the store's report-a-problem or refund request flow.

For account or membership questions, contact us through our contact page.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
